This is Marie's third year serving on the PTO board and first as President. Marie has a current first grader, Preston, at West and a 5th grader, Liam, at the Middle School Academy. She spent many years volunteering for the PTO before officially joining and loves to help create special memories for all of the kids at West! Outside of school activities you can find Marie at the ball fields cheering on her boys with her husband Greg! She also works full time from home as a supervisor for ezCater. "I am really looking forward to an amazing school year! It takes a village!"

Erica has two children at West - a daughter, Maria, in fourth grade and a son, Roman, in kindergarten. Erica loves all things Christmas and the Columbus Blue Jackets. She joined the PTO because she wants to be involved in the school and be a part of events that will create lasting memories for the students. “I am super excited for this year serving as Vice President and all the wonderful things we have planned!”

Ryanne is serving for the first time on the PTO board this year. Her and her husband, Jake, have a local farm located down the road from West. Ryanne and Jake have two children who attend West – Declan who is in 3rd grade and Naomi in 1st grade. Ryanne has been volunteering at West for years and loves to support the BV Community! “I look forward to an exciting year!”

Megan Miller
Megan Miller
Megan is excited to get more involved at BV West this year through serving as Co-Treasurer! She has two kids at West, a daughter in 5th grade and a son in 1st grade. When not playing Muber (Mom Uber), she works as an HR manager for a pharma consulting company and enjoys podcasts, reading, breweries, and watching sports.

Jess Jewell
Jess Jewell
Jess is thrilled to be joining the Buckeye Valley West PTO as co-secretary. She has two daughters currently attending West—one in 1st grade and one in 4th—and a son who will be joining the Baron community next year. Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, Jess worked in the nonprofit sector, where she gained valuable experience in organization and community involvement. Outside of PTO duties, Jess enjoys playing and watching sports, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband and kids, whether it’s mountain biking or hiking. She looks forward to contributing to the exciting events and adventures ahead this school year!

Laura Sedler
Laura Sedler
Laura is excited to join the Buckeye Valley West PTO as co-secretary. She has two boys, Jenson, who is in 3rd grade, and Liam, who is in preschool at West. As a stay-at-home mom, Laura enjoys staying busy with her kids and often has a foster dog or two in the mix. She loves reading, being social, watching sports, and traveling. Over the past few years, Laura has enjoyed volunteering for various PTO events and is excited to take on a larger role with the board this year. She looks forward to contributing to the continued success and fun of the West community!
Technology & Communications
Carrie Reebel

Carrie Reebel
Carrie is excited to join the PTO Board as the Technology and Communications Chair. She and her husband Eli have three boys – Everett in 3rd, Easton in 1st, and Emeric in preschool. Alongside being a stay-at-home mom, Carrie freelances in social media marketing and website development. Passionate about supporting the school, she volunteers whenever possible and looks forward to using her skills to help keep the BVW community informed and connected. “I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to give back to the BVW community and am excited for what’s sure to be an amazing year ahead!”
Staff Appreciation
Laurel Margraf

Laurel Margraf
Laurel and her husband Jake have four children. Hudson is in 7th grade at the middle school, Everett is in fifth grade at the Academy, Vivienne is in first grade at West and Juliette will be starting preschool this year. Laurel is a speech-language pathologist entering back into the field after staying home for the last several years. Laurel loves to be involved with her children’s schools and activities. She joined the board to help give back in any way she can, to ensure the kids and staff feel supported, and to help create lasting memories for all of the students!
