Pancakes with Santa will be from 9 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday, December 14th. We are asking vendors to set-up starting at 8 am and have take-down complete by 12:30 pm.
Please fill out the form below to be considered for entry as a vendor during Buckeye Valley West PTO's Pancakes with Santa event. If you are chosen, there is no monetary payment for your spot. However, we are asking for a $20 - $30 product donation that we can include in a raffle that day.
NOTES -- everyone may not be chosen, as we may have to limit the number of "like' entries. You will be notified on or before December 4th regarding acceptance.
SUBMISSIONS TAKEN UNTIL NOVEMBER 30TH
Any advertising/products need to be school friendly, and BVW PTO reserves the right to deny vendors, and/or ask for removal of signage or items during the event if deemed inappropriate.
